I am both a yoga practitioner and creative workshop leader. I am passionate about both art and yoga and the positive effects they can have on our mental and physical health.

Yoga is a journey towards greater wellbeing, mindfulness, strength and flexibility. All classes are located in the heart of Sherwood at The Place Activity Centre. I offer a welcoming space for people of all levels – whether you are new to yoga or have a experienced practice there is a class that will suit you.

My practice blends traditional techniques with modern approaches to create classes that nurture both body and mind. With a diverse range of sessions – from invigorating Hatha to restorative Rest and Reset – my classes will appeal to a wide range of abilities.
